Notice is hereby given of a Special Board Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Hermleigh Independent School District to be held on the 28th day of April, 2007, beginning at 8:00 a.m. in the Board Room, Hermleigh High School, 1026 School Avenue, Hermleigh, Texas, 79526.

 

 

1.   Call to Order and Establish Quorum

 

2.   Conduct Interviews and Consider Employment of Principal for the 2007-2008 School year.

 

3.   Adjournment

 

If, during the course of this meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the Board will conduct the closed meeting in accordance with The Texas Open Meetings Act, Government Code Chapter 551, et seq.  All final votes, actions, or decisions will be taken in the open meeting.
